I am using sparkpeople.com to track my food and fitness. This is a free site. It has a tracker for your calories, water intake, fitness and other goals. It also has message boards that help you with any questions you may have.

Many people have succeeded on this site. With anything you do to get healthy and fit, you have to be committed. Praying we all can be committed to be healthier for ourselves and the special ones in our lives!
